What happens when I place my order?

Your gift voucher is sent to you in the post within 48 hours of us receiving it. If you need the gift voucher the next day please email sales@giftvoucher.im and we will endeavour to get the voucher to you the next day. The gift voucher comes with the company name or experience stamped on it with a date of issue. There will be contact details inside your gift voucher order.

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes, please email sales@giftvoucher.im for our contact address

Can I collect the gift voucher?

Yes you can email sales@giftvoucher.im to arrange.

Can I pay by Credit/Debit card?

Yes once you have selected the gift voucher you want click buy then click continue. At the bottom of the checkout page select Don’t have a Paypal account? And fill out the details.

Can I buy multiple gift vouchers?

Yes this is our unique selling point? Once you have completed your first purchase you will be directed back to the website where you can continue once again to purchase a gift voucher. We post the vouchers out in the same envelope.

Can I send the gift voucher on to someone else as a present?

Yes once you have placed your order email sales@giftvoucher.im with where you want it posted to.

Do I pay for postage?

No the postage is free.

Can you post the voucher outside of the Isle of Man?

Yes we can post out the gift voucher to the United Kingdom for free. If you require gift vouchers posted outside of the Isle of Man or the United Kingdom there will be a charge for postage. In such circumstances we will contact you once your order has been placed.
